Any repairs that may need to be carried out may be done by the manufacturer or the service team at Rugged 4x4. If a repair cannot be made, then Rugged 4x4 will liaise with the manufacturer to have the item replaced or a refund will be offered. Goods are only warranted for defects in manufacturing. The standard warranty across most products is 12 months unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer or Rugged 4x4.
If your Claim is on a product purchased via one of our Reseller, you must contact them directly for a resolution.

The return packaging is such that the product is returned undamaged. All parts and instructions supplied at the time of purchase be returned with your products.
LIFETIME DEFINITION
The Rugged 4x4 Lifetime Warranty covers the average life of each product against defects in workmanship and materials. Lifetime warranty do NOT cover scratchers, abrasions, or incorrect use on the product. At Rugged 4x4 we don't put a time limit for our customers to make a claim.
The products our lifetime warranty covers are kinetic ropes, Soft shackles, Recovery Hitches and winch rings. The lifetime warranty only covers the Rugged 4x4 branded recovery gear.

What the Rugged 4x4 Warranty does not cover on our products:
Awnings; Damage resulting from improper use ( not using tie down ropes in high winds, incorrect closure or impropper use)
Damaged caused by animals, weather coditions, instalation by the customer or 3rd party installer. Wear and tear of general use.
Recovery Gear; Impropper use of recovery gear; overloading weight or resistance of a vehicle,sun damage, water damage.
